Do you service equipment you didn't install?
Yes. Maintenance and repair covers all makes, whether or not Modern Comfort put it in. If a previous installer left something questionable, Steve will find it and lay out the fix.
Can you replace an oil furnace with propane or a heat pump?
Yes. Oil-to-propane conversions, heat pump additions and full system replacements are all in a normal week's work. One customer's conversion qualified for a rebate that covered most of the project.
Are there rebates for heat pumps and high-efficiency equipment?
Programs change from year to year, so it pays to check what's current before you commit. Steve tracks the programs that apply to Muskoka homes and helps with the paperwork as part of the job.
Do you work on cottages and seasonal places?
Yes. Ductless mini-splits and heat pumps are popular upgrades for cottages, and jobs can be scheduled around the season you're up here. The same number reaches Steve either way.

Do you handle the maintenance afterward?
Yes, tune-ups and servicing on everything we install and on existing systems. A regular checkover catches the small stuff before it becomes a January emergency.
